As a passionate diver, I’ve been traveling to the Philippines for many years. During my time here, I’ve noticed a unique challenge that small, authentic businesses face: while rich in character, their online presence often doesn’t match the quality of their service. For travelers, it can be difficult to find these hidden gems and plan a trip seamlessly.
A few years ago, I spontaneously built a simple website for a small, befriended village, offering their boat trips and accommodations. It was just a handful of photos, some key information, and direct contact details via email and WhatsApp. The result was immediate and powerful: the following season, their guest count doubled because it was now so much easier for travelers to plan their visit.

My experience isn’t limited to one project. I have since created websites for freediving schools, dive guides, and travel agencies throughout the Philippines, and I’ve helped numerous hostels get properly listed on platforms like TripAdvisor, Booking, and Google. In Europe, I have optimized websites for dive schools in Greece to improve their search ranking, and I continue to manage websites for three NGOs and associations in my home country.
